Episode 24 – Halloween (2018)

Forty years ago John Carpenter left us on a balcony looking down at the imprint of a body in the grass.  Between then and now, there have been many attempts to continue the tale of that Halloween night in 1978.  A few were successful and many left us wanting…  Have we found a(nother?) sequel worthy of the original, now, after all this time?  We sat down with a few friends on Halloween night to discuss just that question after seeing the new film together.  Join us while we discuss our take on the new sequel, what it’s box office success might mean for horror films as a genre, a Tyra Banks/Busta Rhymes tangent, a 6lb 8oz baby Freddy, the most dinosaur impersonations we’ve featured to date and more!
